- UAE: Enjoy free shipping on all orders within the United Arab Emirates.
- Middle East and North Africa: Shipping pricing is based on product weight. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
- Rest of world: For orders outside of the UAE and the Middle East/North Africa region, please contact customercare@mosaicgoods.com for a personalized quote.
RETURN AND REFUND
We take pride in offering handcrafted, one-of-a-kind products that are sure to add personality and aesthetic value to your space. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are committed to making it right.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customercare@mosaicgoods.com within seven days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return confirmation and guide you through the process.
Please note that FINAL SALE ITEMS, special orders, custom designs, or products with customized colors are non-returnable, unless there is an error in your order.
To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging within seven days of receipt.
- Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- We reserve the right to refuse a return and may ask for the reason and picture identification.
We will process your refund within approximately ten business days of receiving your returned order and verifying its condition. We will credit the refund amount to the account you used for payment.
Please note that shipping, handling charges, and any other fees are non-refundable, and restocking and/or repacking fees may apply.
